Ooh, I only just recently played it for the first time. So good.
I'd have to take either Incinerate, because snapping your fingers and things burning is so snazzy, or whatever the hell it is that the Houdini Splicers have.

One that's useful would be nice, but if I had to pick from the confines of the game I guess I'd go with incinerate 3 since it could be used for some mundane things, like burning financial documents and such.
Winter Blast.
Freezing anyone who gets annoying would be something I'd enjoy. Having them not burn to death and all saves a heck lot of law issues too.
I'm guessing turning my flesh to ice would also stop me getting cold too? Or maybe it'd just make me constantly cold... I still want it anyway.

Hornets / Winter Blast - probably whichever I saw first, I cannot decide between them!
I love the idea behind the hornets (hatching in your blood stream etc.), and the hand effect for winter blast was TOO cool.

i'd have to go with the magical hand that shoots bees, and i have a phobia of bees and wasps so that tells you how great i think it is; also my swam could attack any real bees that come near
