Man, I hate going with the majority but I have to say Telekinesis because you can do so much with it.

Fire is cool and fun to play with but its uses are pretty limited: Burning shit, thats about it.

The possibilities with Telekinesis are limitless! Stealing, force choking, Pushing annoying and/or stupid people away, telekinetically punting those small annoying dogs you always see in the park without getting aggro from the owner, telekinesis punching your friend in the testicles for dissing your mother, AND not having to get up for the remote!

Definitely Telekinesis 3. Why drive on highways when I can lift my car in the air with me in it?
My second-most-coveted Plasmid is the Houdini from BS2 Multiplayer. It lets you turn invisible for a short while, and those girls' bathrooms aren't gonna peek into themselves ;3

Insect Swarm isn't as sexy as Incinerate, but commanding a swarm of bees is awesome!

Considering that there was not ONE dead body in Rapture that was not burned to fine crisp by the end of my play-through, I'm going to go with Incinerate.

Incinerate! is the best one in the game, but the most useful in real life would probably be Telekinesis.

Ultimately I would pick Telekinesis.

Telekinesis would be the most practical and usable on a day to day basis. Plus it would be quite helpful... it would be my first choice.

Although I'm tempted to pick the insect swarm one just to release them and have them swarm around me, so I can run around screaming "I'm covered in bees!".
