Im interested in buying a monitor, I dont really need one right now as I have a laptop (An Alienware im trying to sell) so when it is sold I will be buying a desktop. I have some cash after selling my drumkit so im thinking of getting the peripherals now.
I really want a monitor capable of HDMI and possibly with Video-In ports as it will basically be replacing my tv (Im want to play my consoles through it aswell as use it for computer stuff)
Also I would like one with a high refresh rate (I cant remember exactly what the term is but its basically when movies or games are shown running very smoothly without any noticeable frame lag. I know its measured sort of like '200W' or '150V' or something like that on TV's)
My choices thus far are the BenQ E2420HD 24" LCD
And the
Samsung BX2440 24" LED
Any other suggestions? (Must be able to get in australia and highest I will pay is $400-$500 AUS
