I wouldn't read it.
I'd give it to another guy I've not seen before, and say the exact same thing the last guy told me. If my death is still in that book, someone else would think it was their death and freak out.
You and another person have said this. I'm just thinking what if the book said "I will die giving this book to another person and telling them in there lies their death".

It would explain why the last guy never shows up, he died that day. And five minutes after you hand the book over you will die.

You think you're being clever, but it's what they want you to do.

Find where it says how I will die, then erase it. This will either make me immortal or erase me from existence. Either way: Get some, fate!

Open it up, take a pen and write "I shall never die" in red pen over the original words, then I'll stare at the book hesitantly for five minutes before finding a blue pen and writing "Too much hookers and blow" over the red ink.

I'd erase most of it, write random crap and hand it to some poor shmuck that believes me.

I'm not sure I'd care enough to read it. Fixating on death usually means you miss that stuff that happens before it, you know? living.

Read it. I'd want to know. I wouldn't care. You can't change it. If it's like a book from the future, most likely, everything you will do has already happened. Either way, you're dying that same way. Maybe place a couple bets and earn your family some money.

Live by the teachings of DR Emmet Brown and burn it. I really don't want to know my future, I just want to work at it a day at a time.

Read it, only to find that reading it was the cause of my death, and fall down dead. Baww. Curiosity killed the Crim.

Well if it did say that I would die giving the guy the book, I wouldn't want to contradict it. It would be rude to ignore my fate and do something else.

The difference between a geek and a normal person is a deep-seated desire to break whatever system is presented to them. I think many posts in this thread exemplify this. :D

On a more off topic note see if you notice anything odd about the fourth paragraph in the "Biography" section.

Look at how I die. If it doesn't involve suicide, go do something asskicking, then kill myself and go into limbo.

Throw it away.

If I know how I'm going to die, I'll spend my life living in fear of things that might bring about those circumstances.
I'd do this, but also tell the story for the rest of my life, leaving out how I die. Basically, I'd pull a Big Fish.

I would have it inside my book rack or something like that, Due to the fact, I am not able to read any books unless they are necessary for school so there would be no trouble with me actually reading the book, and still today, I have only read 3 books that were not required for school work.

Go ahead and laugh at that.
