Each to their own. Personally I'm not a fan of metal (there is some I like, just not a lot) and I don't like the pig squeals but thats not to say others don't - if everyone hated it then no-one would do it, there has to be some who like it.

Meh, I prefer Black Metal over Death Metal. I mean Death Metal singers sound like they are gargling salt water and trying to talk at the same time.
I used to hate death metal too in all honesty. Then the Reverend Nathan Explosion and his fellow priests showed me there is a different path to follow.
Now I've branched out to Amon Amarth.
I'm still pretty picky, but I'm more willing to sit down and listen.
