Haven't played:
Mass Effect and The Orange Box.

Two games I have never played and, considering my track record, probably never will.

Played:
Colosseum: Road to Freedom and Medical Mayhem.

Two games I have played but wish I hadn't. Especially the latter, an EA Facebook game.
The Orange box is a great set of games. But I found Mass Effect too dialogue heavy, but I hear the second one is much better since it is more combat related.
My biggest game failure is Assains Creed, that was very very repetitive.

I will say Final fantasy 9, but not for the concensus reason. I loved the game. Even though it starts to droop at the end, I just didnt want to ever end it. To this day its the only FF game that I didnt finish unless you count FFXIV which is impossible to finish because SE still isnt finished making it, despite it being released.

Far Cry 2, im close but I will never finish.
Mass Effect 2, I only rented it.
I have never finished a Civ 4 game.
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, at the last level
Black and White 2, don't think I ever beat the last island. "Edit: yes I did, just have to rush the enemy city.
Didn't finish either of the Overlord games
Shellshock or Shellshock blood trails...they sucked anyway.
Dawn of War Dark Crusade
Dawn of War 2
Any racing game
Hmm...lets name some N64 games.
Majora's Mask...damn time limit on every thing, since when was that a good idea?
Battletanx 2: Global Assault
Conker bad fur day (or what'eva its called)
Superman 64...which I think is impossible anyway.
Star Wars...the Empire strikes back? Im not sure on the name; had a storm trooper on the label.
Either of the Banjo kazooie games.
Donkey Kong

That's all I can think that I never finished. But compared to the games I have finished...

I gave up when the first boss was a broken mess. It's amazing how much better the second game is. Is it true they're making a third?
The first boss was what? OK maybe if you don't understand the word strategy but still...I don't get what you mean.
Strategy has nothing to do with it: 1st-person mode is vital to beat the boss because you can't point the 3rd-person camera upwards, you can't move in 1st-person mode, and the boss will destroy the ground that you run around on. And since there's no way to predict where the next hole will appear, it's almost impossible to beat him without falling to my doom countless times. I would tolerate this design if the boss had a health bar to keep my morale up and especially if it wasn't a purple disk, which makes the PS2 scream in pain during play.
Where you playing the right game? while he flys around you attack him with Xiao's slingshot in 3rd person by locking on to him...when he goes to the ground you switch to Toan and throw bombs at him or just attack normally, I dunno where the brokenness came from.

I never gotten more than 5 hours into a Final Fantasy game before quitting due to loathing the characters, combat and pretty much everything about it.

Pretty much this. I have several final fantasy games that I just cannot bring myself to finish. But I have finished Final Fantasy Adventure (for the old game boy) and the two tactics games.

Canon Final Fantasy games I just can't x_x

Predator: Concrete Jungle

Who knew hookers from the future could see you through 3 walls and a cloak of invisibility in the middle of the night? I sure as hell didnt.

Morrowind.

Holy damn, that's a long game.

I got... maybe half-way through?
I remember when i did Morrowind - I went wandering around and accidentally skipped half the game :p

Mine would be Dragon age Origins - It just got very, very tiresome very very quickly.
And i never finished HL2, but that was because it got repetitive, and i wasnt exactly captivated by the story.

the list is too long

I'll prolly never get around to finish the TOB expansion for BG2.

Too many more recent games lying around unfinished. I'm not even willing to try and complete the GTA, JC2 and the Total war games.

Depends on what you mean by "complete" because I'm still trying to get 100% on Devil May Cry 4 and Bayonetta, I'm obsessed with completing DMC4 because I've beaten all the others 100% and gotten all the unlockables. Bayonetta is the same because it's made by the same people so I'm just as obsessed with completing the crap out of that one, too. It's been a while because so much other stuff has come up, like FO:NV, Dead Rising 2 and I'm eagerly awaiting the release of Bioshock: Infinite.
