I love what Zen Studios has done with this game and I find myself in need of friends who play. For the purposes of score boosting and competition, so I would welcome friend requests from fallow pinball wizards.
Pinball FX 2 is the sequel to Pinball FX on the XBLA. Pinball FX was a fairly weak game on it's own, four lame tables and a few good ones for download. In the end however I felt ripped off. Now Zen has gone and redeemed themselves in my eyes. Pinball FX 2 is completely free and lets you import all you're other tables (including the licensed street fighter 2 and rocky & bullwinkle tables) up rezed and with improved physics then on top of that they offer split screen multi-player and ranked online bouts. With the added bonus of a new meta game that tracks your best scores across all tables (Granted them use this as a instinctive for you to buy the other tables I didn't mind since I already owned most of them)
All of this for free as well as four new tables for sale. That are well worth the cost of admission due to them being heads and tails better then the old offerings. All in all I am completely satisfied with the whole package and hope for more DLC in for future.
I really wish more games would follow this "Harmonics" (I say this because rock band was the first game I seen do this anyway) approach to backwards compatible dlc. Imagine if bungie said "Oh you bought all those halo 3 maps already, ok well we'll just up date them and give you them for free in reach" or in fighters where say you bought yoda/vader in SC4 bam they're in SC5 for ya! (Of course licensed content is a whole other can of worms) My point is it's added value for the hardcore fans and devs would continue to make money on older content.
