Not sure I agree with the sentiment of "I bought the game for one system, so I can pirate it for all others." However, one situation where "Piracy" is not actually wrong would be obtaining or making a copy (Say a CD/DVD rip) of a game that you have actually bought so as to play it even after the disk breaks, which they occasionally do. The same applies to NoCD cracks.

I won't say I ever did this, but hypothetically if in an alternate universe I might have once bought a retail game only to discover that it was only in German (that is what I get for being an American abroad), I might have downloaded an English version of the game and used my German CD key to play it... Or if in that same universe CD 2 of my old Tron 2.0 game somehow got scratched beyond installability I might have downloaded a new iso so I could install using my originally purchased and valid cd key to play. That said, I would not feel it fair to pirate a game for another system just cuz I bought it on a different one... Besides you can find Oblivion for PC for dirt cheap these days anyway...
