We used to have this LAN gaming centre called Microplay. It closed last summer due to all the economic struggles. We now have Gamerbase, but being a part of HMV, it just doesn't seem the same. Too commercial. Microplay had a great atmosphere, plus they sold imported drinks from America. No more Jolt. :(

There was a restaurant chain called Grisanti's when I was young. Best Italian food I could get aside from my dad's home cooking, and they created a special alcoholic beverage in his honor at one point.

Gone now. The chain just closed up and vanished.

Store: Brother's Pizza on the corner of Huron Line and Grand Marais West. That place made some kickass pizza, which is saying something since it was located in the pizza capital of Canada. But they fell under and closed down. The store that owns the building now is King Cone.
Place: Point Pelee, Ontario. Specifically the "point". I visited there in Grade 4 and loved it but apparently the point of land has eroded away since I was last there. Too bad.

There was this shop, which used to sell TONNES of games, and had really good knowledge of good and bad games. I regularly go their for my PC games and they give me advice on what to buy. Last year they had a closing down sale and I was really disappointed. I think the reason for the lessened sales is that Toy's R' Us is right next to it, and people go to that place more than this place. Such a shame.....

Also. I had a great hot dog/ bakery place, which I go and buy my on-the-go meals. Sadly, they also closed down. :( It's now replaced by some real-estate agent place.
