I am doing a project on player interaction and communication in video games, and for a practical section, I am asking players how they interact in video game, what games they play with other people in, and if they have any memorable times where they and other players did something awesome.

What's with everyone doing projects about video games? You kids today need to put the controllers down and worry about things that are important!

This is way too generic for a survey. Think of some interesting angle - like, Have games helped you communicate with people in real life? Has a game ever had a negative impact on your interaction with others, and how? Would you rather talk to someone over Xbox Live or AIM? Et cetera.
Are you just looking for cool stories? Like the time I reenacted a scene from Total Recall with a HoloDuke? "You tink dis is da real me? It is!"
As for real interactions with people stemming from a game experience, the best I have is getting smacked in the head every time I toss a proximity mine into the spawn duct in Facility on Goldeneye, and the fact that I play Left 4 Dead 2 with my brother because it's more reliable than a phone call.

Me and my friends goofed off alot in video games. We'd mess around with games and find exploits and glitches just to mess around. We found our character flung into the air by accident a lot from Skate 2, then we looked up on youtube and found out how to do those.
It was pretty entertaining and amusing. But something pure awesome was the challenges me and my friends had through multiplayer games. Super Smash Bros Melee was like a tourney caller for everyone on my block. We'd organize a small block-wide tourney and I won the first tournament. But lost my title in the second opposing player in the next tourney.

Ya, fair enough, though it is a minor project, for the major project I intend to write about Greek mythology. Though This is just what I thought I would write about here as I like MMOs and how people have met or can communicate through them, so I wanna thank the people who posted these.rockyoumonkeys said:
