And no, I don't mean "Oh, I got the final Fantasy 6 and 7, and I still love'zem!" No no no, don't ask or even mention them, because those are decent games many people like. . .

What I mean is. While your searching through your stack of PS2 and Xbox games that you know and love, only to stumble upon that heap of crap in the form of a CD, stinking up the corner of your bookcasing/drawer. Which forces you to wonder,

"WTF was I thinking, buying this?. . . Was I high?"

That's the game you have to post up.

My own personal sin would have to come in the form of. . .*Gags*

Yu-Gi-Oh

Forbidden Memories!

*Splashes holy water on it*

I F**King hate you Yugioh! You ruined me. . . *Sobs*

Admit your guilt!

What sh**ty playstation games do you have laying around?

and Yes, it can be a PS2 game as well. . . . F**king boring ass Killzone. . .

i still have monster ranchers that i got from my step sister years ago since she didn't play it anymore

i tried it for two days and had no idea what the point of it was, i spent about 2 or 3 weeks (game time) and all i found out was, ther's a talking tree, my land lady knows alot about the tree, there's a random giant rock that suddenly decides to disappear so i can actualy play the game, and that's it.

Crusader of Might and Magic. It was one of the earlier games in the Triple-M (Milk Might and Magic) days just before 3DO went outta business. And it serves them right for all the horrid games they released trying to cash-in on what was once a great franchise.

If it was any good, I'd bet it's gonna fetch a price in e-Bay now, as it's developed by Bungie before Halo broke out.

Gah, I'll take it off your hands. That game is kinda important to me, even if it's not a great game.

It was co-developed by Bungie and Rockstar. How's that for an unusual team-up?

My "weird old PSX game" would have to be Incredible Crisis. Mental, no idea why I still have it.

Tenchu and Nightmare creatures oh and megaman x8 or something. They've been in my shelf forever. Never through them away and beyond tradeable at this point.

I don't still have it, but it was called "E.V.E." I don't even know what those letters stand for, but it was a game where you could switch weapons on the fly (changing fighting styles). It also had QTE's. My friend hyped it up, said it was awesome, so I went and bought it. God, what a pile of crap.

god that was a ... silly game. got it for $2 though so I'm not out much.
Hey, that and its sequel were my favorite games when I was a kid.

This one doesn't count cause I wasn't the one who bought it, but I'm pretty sure a copy of Shadow the Hedgehog is still in my room somewhere, festering in some drawer waiting to be discovered at the worst possible time.

I'd have to go dig, but basically I have a bunch of PS-1 and PS-2 games which is why I'm concerned about my 60GB PS-3 someday breaking since if that goes I don't know how I'll play my older games when I get in the mood.

That said over the years I've gotten more than a few stinkers. While I *DO* trade games occasionally some of them (especially ones I buy used) tend to just accumulate. I believe I have Oni, Orphan, and The Bouncer all in my gaming library somewhere.

Truthfully you just don't know how truely bad some of those games are going to be when you get them.

As far as things like Monster Rancher, Pokemon, Digimon, etc.. go, I have not played them. However on a lot of levels I can't see them being much worse than some of the games I deeply enjoy like the SMT games, where I spend a lot of time recruiting/fusing demons (or personas), so I can't criticize anyone who has tried them. I never have but I've actually thought about it. With Pokemon in paticular I think it's mostly the art style that turns me off to the thing actually. I can appreciate things well below my mental age level if they are done well to be honest (otherwise I couldn't have gotten through some of the Anime I've watched.... though I am constantly amazed at how in some cases the Japanese can take things from fairly deep science fiction and explain them well enough so that a 12 year old can grasp them in connection to a very simplistic plot).

I have to admit that I loved both Tenchu and Nightmare Creatures... but looking back, they really weren't all that great (especially NC).

Mine would probably be Fighter Maker. I spent like 6 hours trying to animate ONE move and it ended up being terrible. That was the first and last time I touched that game, but it is still in my library.
