don't really remember most of their names, but I liked the first evolution of the original fire pokemon (charmander or something?)

Used to have yellow, blue and crystal, tho I think I lost them all but crystal.

I remember I had 250 hours on yellow when I GOT THEM ALL... think I have about 350 on total of all games

I do like Dialga (mine's called Temporia) and I'm fond of Giratina (I take mine all over. His name is Shakespear). But my absolute favourites are Mew and Blastoise.

Not including spin-offs? Five - Blue, Silver, Crystal, Emerald and Diamond.

Ooh, easily over three hundred. I clocked one hundred on my Silver game!

Well, I finished Silver/Crystal (caught all 251), plus the new ones... hmmm, lets go with about 350 as a rough estimate.

1) In the cartoon it's Arcanine, in the game it's Nidoking, or atleast my legitimately gained shiny one.

For some strange reason I can never explain, Heracross always seemed like a badass to me, despite being one of the weaker types.

I owned all the main Gameboy/Gameboy Color games (6 in all) and then I had Diamond when I use to have a DS.

That would probably require some grand, astronomical calculator, seeing as how many of the games I had played

Pokemon? Well it was a big thing in my life when I was a midget. Watching the show every morning before school, buying the comic books, collecting/trading cards and failing school because the games were so addicting. Yeah Pokemon deserves some love, even though if it started these days I would probably look at it like it was some new stupid fad like Twilight. I'm not sure actually, the games were pretty fun.
1) Zapdos or Blastoise, there not only powerful, they also look mean.
2) I think 10: Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Pokemon Snap, Ruby, Saphire, Pearl and the a big collection of cards (You didn't say it had to be an electronic game). Also have the Pikachu tamagochi thing as well if you can call that a game.

4) Nope! I stopped last year with Pearl, the game was no different from the originals and I got bored with it straight away. Maybe I'll go back and play the originals one day, just to see if nostalgia kicks in.
