"Ty-RUNT!" bellowed Ragna once more. Whether it was a vain attempt to raise Sean's spirits or iron-fisted ordering, his cause was clear: To get Sean up. Ragna always had this insufferable at times need to get things to go his way, and in the process he would disregard everything else.

"Ok... ok... Get off me... I'l get up." said Sean, rather defeatedly, not quite sure he would accomplish such a feat. At the very least, Ragna was compliant and Sean no longer had to deal with his weight on his mid-section. Still, if he wanted to spare himself from having Ragna jump on him and maybe crush his internal organs, he'd need to summon enough energy to get up, and fast. He could hear lots of furious shouting in the distance, though what was going on was anyone's guess. Trainer being trainers, somebody must have come up with some stupid reason to pick up a fight or something like that. Did they even need to come up with a reason to fight anymore?

He could feel Ragna's impatient and annoyed stare weighting down on him, and Sean couldn't help but give off an anxious smile. Despite his reassurances, he didn't seem to have the strength get up unadded. Just as Ragna was about to jump on him again and Sean braced for impact, though, something -or rather, someone- attracted Ragna's attention, eyeing them suspiciously.

"Uhm, hi, are you okay?" came out an effimate yet still masculine voice, and Sean snapped out of his trance and returned to the reality surrounding him. The young man that Thomas had mistaken for a woman stood above him, offering a hand of assistance. From his clothes, Sean deduced that either he liked being flamboyant to a fault or was a performer. Maybe both. After Kalos, Sean had grown used to such attires. "That was quite the landing."

"Heh, yeah it was." he replied as he accepted the hand of assistance, getting up with much labouring and aching involved. "Thanks for the help!" As he stood up again, he stretched his back, which lead to a loud *CRACK* and a lot of pain.

Probably shouldn't... have... done that.

Letting out a painful groan, Sean straightened his stance and sighed a "I really need a break" kind of sigh, and remembered that he hadn't even introduced himself yet.

"Oh, but where are my manners!" he said to his helper, letting out a smile, "My name's Sean. Sean Gallagher. Pleased to meet you!", as he noticed the Sylveon hiding behind his helper's legs, "and pleased to meet you, too!"

"Tyrunt!" roared Ragna as he noticed the Sylveon, eager to start a fight now that he had found someone to fight. But Sean was having none of that.

"If you as try to perform a move," he said pretty in a authoritative tone, "I'll see to it you don't get out of your pokeball until this tournament is over."

Trainer and pokemon stared at each other intensely, until Ragna, with an exasperated sigh, gave up and stared the other way.

"Sorry about that." he said as he turned back to face the perhaps-performer, scratching his head awkwardly, "He's kinda hard to contain once he wants something."

Sarah had just picked herself up off the ground when two more trainers arrived on a Torterra, in an even more explosive entrance than hers and Ethan's. She burst out laughing when one of the two guys was sent flying, her laughter doubling when his Tyrunt escaped its Pokeball and jumped on his chest.

Wiping tears from her eyes she managed to contain herself after a minute. She pulled Pelipper away from Kelvin and held him tight, to prevent him annoying any of the other Pokemon gathered around them. She didn't want him to get cheeky and end up as that Pangoro's lunch. It took her another moment to realise the conversation had moved to something about a 'Bikini Town'.

"Do you mean Pacificdlog Town? I'm afraid that's east of Slateport, not north." she chimed in. "And unless you or your Pokemon are great swimmers good luck getting through the currents, they naturally flow towards Slateport."

Glenn could only watch the trainers, with the rivalries brewing, the Pelipper, that big Arcanine, physical Tyrunt and ancient Torterra.
He regained his composure among all of the commotion caused by several of the new arrivals. He put Brannigan back into his pokeball and scooped up his Goomy, whistling to get the attention of them all.
"My name is Glenn. Jonah and I called you all here because if any of us want to last longer than a few days in the tournament, we'll need to work together. All of you converging here tells me that none of you would quite consider yourselves Champion Material."

He then kicked away a pebble and looked over towards Tasha and Cyrus, Knight the Metang and Iliya the Dragonair.
"I have no problem with either of you demolishing Thomas-- Sorry Thomas" he said, glancing over to the other trainer. "But first, I would like to head north to Mauville and get some experience done before a professional from Slateport comes over here and comfortably defeats all of us..." he said, fearing Steven's Skarmory would drop down from the sky and issue a challenge.

"Who's with me?"
