Pokemon games aren't "kiddy games", they're games that everyone, including young children, can play. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I never played any of them but I play Dnd so I can't make fun anyone for it. Then again as an adult I avoid putting Pokemon in me.

my area has recently undergone a nerdy renaissance to the point where i can even play magic the gathering at school and even in free classes and be safe from too much riddicule. so ya pokemon fairly safe.

My excuse for everything else is that I'm playing Pokemon. I'm not ashamed to play the greatest game to be released by Nintendo, ever.

I just say it's one of the RPG's with bigger cast, and endless combinations.
