The Pokemon eat the berries they find and sleep well that night, better than any of them remember having slept in months. Even Dante, being a ghost Pokemon, manages to sleep well and long.
When they awaken, they are met with the sun high in the sky. The remnants of last night's berries are piled high in the fire ring and everyone awakens in very good and optimistic moods.
Noticing how late it is however, they are each frantic to get on the trail again, Jonny was still out there, alone and Poke'less.
They travel along the road running parallel to the camp for an hour, before they again hear a shuffling in the woods and they again catch a glimpse of a head similar to the one they saw yesterday, slithering off into the underbrush. Gavin and Beldum still feel no presence in the forest, neither pokemon or human.
As they traveled on farther, the pokemon come across a small clearing with a boulder set in the center of it. Another path leads off parallel to the clearing, deeper into the forest. They stop at the edge of it, to discuss how to proceed.
