Pokemon RPG... I wish.

Well I admit I would like to see a more caring side to the game as in interacting with your Pokemon more. This in turn is also how you raise and your attitude toward them. Example- you can be like Ash as in caring and loving side or like Paul cold and uncaring toward them.
By all mean I don't want to be a pet sim like Nintendog.

Also being able to create your own character/ avatar would be cool.

Pokemon is already an RPG, I think you need to edit your OP to be more clear. In addition, I'm fairly certain that there are non-turn based Pokemon games (don't know if they are RPGs) out there. There's a ton of them besides the main series.
