I love poker but only a few of my mates enjoy it as well so I play online a bit. But online is no substitute for the interactions between players.

One of my house mates is a poker dealer so we play a fair bit, usually have a bit of a tournament every other Sunday.
Never really do well but its a giggle to play.

Me and my mates have a get together now and then to play a game.

Buy in's around £5, and winner takes it all.

It's more for the social part, rather than earning money.

Yeah we normally have a couple of drinks while we play, which means by the end some of the bets made are pretty outrageously bad.
