I really don't think that will happen during the second. It will probably be towards the end of the game, although really I don't see that game screwing up whatever main character it would give you, if he dies or not. (This is a reply to someone's message up there, sry quote button isn't working)
The Elder Scrolls 5. I could use a game with more then 5 hours of gameplay.
Otherwise I'd like something like Neverwinter Nights 3, or a new franchise from the same developer in the Forgotten Realms setting. This time with time stop!!!

Just what I thought - but I went with Ep. 3, just so I can find out how the story ends. If they're gonna make yet ANOTHER cliffhanger-ending, I won't buy any Half-Life game ever again. Which is a shame, because they're (in my opinion) the only "real" PC-Games that still own all their competitors. But I don't want Valve to wank in my face another time :>Chibz said:

Really loved the first game and what the in game videos have shown, the gameplay is mostly the same but the concept is more wider then the first one. ( Last one was from Pearl Harbor to Battle of Midway) And even the maybe campaign of the IJN if they had won in Midway.
Mass Effect 2 is also a game im waiting for, though the first one was let down on my edge.. As Yahtzee said, "Too much story, not enough game" in one of his videos. With luck this one has more game along with the story then first one.

Is there going to be another Hitman game? Because surely it will be out by 2010, thats like 4 years development time since the last one. And i would really like to play that.
Well for starters, I don't think Half Life 2 E3 is going to be released in 2010 after Valve's recent viral advertising. Fall looks likely. I chose other and the game I want to see in 2010 is Doom 4. Of course, if they actually brought Bioshock 2 up the standards they set for themselves with System Shock 2 (you know, actual depth), I would be all for it. But I kind of doubt they will. They jumped the console shark mighty hard with the first one so they will likely do the same with its sequel.
Wow. Save Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect, I'm really excited for all the games on that list. Even though I never played fully through Half-Life, I would be excited for the third to come out.
Although I voted other. I've never played a 3-D FF game so although I'm excited for XIII I can't be TOO excited about it. Bioshock 2 looks fun but I'm too worried that it won't live up to the awesomeness that was the original Bioshock (and besides, the original devs aren't even doing this one). And Elder Scrolls 5 would be AMAZING; I loved Oblivion, and it was between that and Gears of War that my 2006 (I think) summer just flew by. Though I haven't played Fallout 3 yet, so once I play that (summer probably so I have enough time) I'm not sure I'll be ready already to play another huge open world game so quickly.
So the one I'm most excited for at the moment is Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2. I know, not the greatest game ever.. but as a form of entertainment for a huge comic book fan, the first was a ton of fun. And the controls were simple enough that I could play with my dad.. good times. Just yesterday I heard they announced that a new character not in the first will be in this one that I really wanted to be in.. so I'm super excited about it right now. (The character is Songbird from the Thunderbolts if that means anything to anyone here.)
