It's simple, escapists. Do you wad your toilet paper and risk plugging the toilet, or do you fold it meticulously?

three squares folded twice to prevent tearing. if you're in a pickle and running low you can fold the middle sheet out and have the shit in the centre then reuse.

Folded, two squares every time, you don't need more than that, and you don't waste.
Reminds me off that one episode for Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Can't quiet remember which one, it's been a long time since I last saw that show. You probably don't know what I'm talking about.

OT: I usually wad it, but I don't use more than two anyway. So I don't really risk plugging the toilet.

Wad, that's the only way to give it the crinkled texture to pick up more AND give a nice scratch at the same time.

I know exactly what your talking about, Blu kept using pretty much a whole roll at once, Mr. H pretty much forced him too use 2 squares.

I wad. I find it allows me to use less paper while simultaneously gaining more surface area-- which is what I care about more than anything.

Besides I haven't plugged the toilet since I was like 3 years old, and that was a one-time occasion.

Neither. Roll a few loops around the hand is my preferred method. Works nicely.
I'm surprised this isn't a poll option, surely it's the most natural way to take it off the roll is to loop it round your hand. Quick and easy, and doesn't scratch your bum like wads can.

This made me laugh very very hard and even harder afterwards when I realized you are perfectly right. It DOES give a nice scratch. Especially when having not shaved your ass for like a week.

I scrunch it up, then do my business (which I shall go into no further detail regarding). I try to be at least a little economic about it, though.
