i bid you to play multiplayer, with people its alot of fun, no matter if you have it on xbox or pcMilney said:I never finished L4D on singleplayer because of it's godawful Survivor AI, and never even tried L4D2 on singleplayer.oppp7 said:And lets not forget L4D's habit of the survivers running up to me slowly instead of blasting the hunters off me.
First ever play of L4D on release day. "I hear a Witch, lights off!" from NPC-Bill. Sure, I think, nice AI hearing things I wasn't in range to hear yet and warning me. Light goes off, and I walk past the door where I can now hear the sobbing.
"Pills here!"
Bill runs off into Witch with light on, 2 survivors get knocked on thier asses before I can run back and smack her down.
Logged off, never logged on single player again. Any AI which identifies a threat, then ignores its own advice with no recourse for me to tell them to stick close to me doesn't deserve the time of day.
really singleplayer for l4d = bad excuse for a game
playing with friends/people= amazing game
