Create one life or destroy a million. How is this even a dilemma?
You misunderstand , it's either KILL a MILLION and ONE living things or SAVE a MILLION and ONE lives.
still, hardly a dilemma.
How about: "Is the right to choose worth the lives of a million cows ?"

If I've learned anything from this thread it's that people have very poor reading comprehension.

That's because the usual moral quandry involves a quantifiable loss. One human or one million cows is easily quantifiable and everyone's brain just jumps to this conclusion, even though that is not what you asked. You tried something different and not as easily quantifiable: you ask is a woman's right to choose more important than the lives of a million cows. And, of course, so many people do not bother to read the whole forum anyway to see your various clarifications of your point.

Therefore, I declare your point proven: people don't read well :)

Problem with this scenario is the impossibility of it, devalues the intended purpose. There will never exist a moment where such a decision would become a necessity, therefore it is not the basis for a good moral dilemma discussion. A plausible example would suffice far more efficiently. Nevertheless, I have no qualms with abortion, frankly more people in today's society should have it, to prevent the increasing rate of teenagers having children we, the tax payers, have to pay for. There are far too many people out there that are parents, who never should have been.
