Sorry, I just feel like that hasn't been an important enough distinction since I got older than 7.

And my favourite sandwich is... hmmm. One I think most people would hate.

Butter one side of bread. Put ham on it (but really any meat you want.) Then chop some tomatoes over it, chop some spring onion over that, cover THAT with Rocket lettuce, and then cover THAT with salad cream. Then put the next slice of bread on top. Devour. Not even the Crysis nanosuit can deliver more Maximum Delicious. (It tried, but it forgot the spring onion. Doh.)

A massive sandwich with honey smoked ham, salami, black olives, smoked cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, banana peppers, a little bit of onion, maybe some chicken, more bacon, with ranch dressing all inside Italian herb & cheese bread

if only there was someplace near me that would be willing to make a sandwich like that
