as far as what I think, I don't really care to much. Breasts have been in video games for a while now, it was going to happen sooner or later.

Considering how we've seen breasts (and very nicely animated ones at that...just saying) frequently appearing in games (sometimes with age ratings of 15) I don't see what our major problem is with some guy's one-eyed trouser snake making a guest appearance (it's the same principle I suppose, altough I personally wouldn't pay good money to see another guy's wang).
Overall, I don't really care. It is somewhat rediculous that considering all of the other things that the game in question has that are somewhat controversial (excessive violence, prostitution, promotion of crime and racial stereotypes etc.) that our attention has focused on some guy showing his meat and two veg (for what is probably a very short time).
If the masses want penis...then give them penis.
Overall, I don't really care. It is somewhat rediculous that considering all of the other things that the game in question has that are somewhat controversial (excessive violence, prostitution, promotion of crime and racial stereotypes etc.) that our attention has focused on some guy showing his meat and two veg (for what is probably a very short time).

To me, it seems they simply did this to court controversial publicity. It really isn't important but also added nothing to the story.
If they did this to court controversy (and I'm not saying that they didn't), either they failed miserably or they wanted to look bold without facing genuine risk. If this kind of thing were a big deal, movies like 'The Terminator' and 'The Survivors' or other games such as 'HitMan 2' and 'Three Dirty Dwarves' (that one was T-rated, by the way)would have been protested for "turning the world's teen girls into sluts and the boys into homosexuals" or what have you. No, they blame women who show more much skin than they are comfortable with for that.
People will probably forget all about this in a few weeks, only to be reminded by some top ten list or internet database listing. They didn't forget the one woman who didn't wear a merkin during a crotch shot in an interogation scene in a certain infamous movie, though. You know who I mean.
Now if they were to have dared to have a polygonal vagina in a game, you can pretty much bet that every parent group would be crying for blood. There's a reason why the strippers in GTA 4 wear pasties and nipple tape.
If they at least get some female non-genital nudity in there, say a nipple or a bare buttock, then the likes of Jack Thompson would probably give them the free advertisement that they were aiming to get.
