Time Control without a doubt.
Be able to manipulate time in anyway would be great, and not only that, but also being able to control time of specific things/certain areas (ie. pausing a person or fast-forwarding an object until it begins to decay)

In my opinion Mind Reading and Mind Control are just different sides of telepathy, it depends how you learned to use it and how far you tried to push the boundaries of it (see Parkman in heroes).
I would probably pick telekinesis, train it to Jean Grey/Cable/Sylar levels of awesome and then fight crime.

Mind-Reading is fun, Telekinesis is cool, Mind Control is totally overpowered. But i choose Precognition if it is fast enough you can use it for fights with other mindpower-dudes. You can outmaneuvre anything, collect riches, steer fates of millions (or the world).

Telekinesis. With fine enough control you can turn your mind into a knife. You could also augment punches with the mental power and knock someone's head off. There's also the flinging stuff around, leviatation and the shield you could place around you. You'd be one hard sonofabitch to kill.
if it is just the kind of mind control where you focus on what you want others to do then I choose telekinesis. however, if it's the kind where you can just send out a "pulse" over the entire planet with general instructions... would anyone choose not to have it?
intuition is my choice, acing everything forever and being like the greatest handy man as well as being able to call up martial arts and combat techniques without learning, just awesome, the only issue is actually being able to use that knowledge, but, if you have that ability, you'll probably know what to do
Telekinesis. Largely because with a little training and hours of practice, I could freeze someone in mid-action. Then beat the crap out of them while they watch, unable to scream because I've locked their mouth shut.

If I had to chose one of your options, at first I'd pick mind control. Seems kind of a fruitless existence, getting everything you want for nothing, but then again, I love manipulation. However, it's not much sport if it's a power, so I'm going with telepathy to read people's minds. That'd be more fun to abuse.
However, if I could have ANY psychic power, it would be the ability to forcibly project something into someone's mind, whether it be an emotion, image, or just pure mental scarring. (Not sure if that'd fall under the telepathy power)

Cryokinesis all the way (control ice) because what could be more fun than creating an iceberg then crushing it down on people. Plus it can form a pretty good shield.

Telekinesis. That way I can pretend to be a Jedi. I'll walk into a Star Wars convention and approach all of the stormtroopers I see, waving my hand in front of them and saying, "These are not the droids you're looking for."
Then, when they aren't affected by my attempts at "mind control", I'll whip out a toy lightsaber and re-enact the moves from that drunken Jedi Master guy on the internet, eventually losing my grip on the toy as it flies out of my hands. Then, sheepishly, I'll use telekinesis to bring it back to my hand before leaving the convention embarrassed at such a debacle.
After I leave out the doors, I'll use telekinesis to move my body up into the air and onto a fortunately placed alcove, and wait for the rush of people coming to the sudden realization that someone just displayed actual Jedi powers.
