If two persons were to get a set of clothing made to fit both of them in order to allow them to have sexual intercourse. Would it be illegal to use in public if they're dressed in the clothing?

....

Yes it's illegal. You're still having sex in public regardless of people being able to see the actual skin.

Why is a 15 year old asking this question?

I'm suddenly uncomfortable.

Actually I'm 16 and I was having an argument with someone so I decided to use the all knowing power of the escapist council to win the argument.

This is a wierd question, certainly up there as one of the wierdest I've read in a while. Also, I think it would probably be illegal.

Sex in public is against the law. Who cares what kind of special clothing you have? It's the same as if you were wrapped in blankets, it's still illegal.

I hope your friend was the one arguing the other way, eh?
Have no fear he was.

Most of the time public indecency isn't defined as the amount of clothes someone is wearing, but what they are doing with that amount of clothing. Someone streaking on a soccer/football field is public indecency. Someone riding a bike naked is not public indecency. Two people having sex in public is public indecency.

(Note: I live in the United States and am only speaking for that country. The exact laws vary from state to state and country to country.)
