I actually enjoy being chased more than killing because I feel more accomplished by escaping someone or three in many cases.

I haven't played it yet, as my live is off right now, but people always gravitate to what's easiest. They like to call it different or "keeping it simple," but they're just lazy (side note when you're lazy at a video game somethings wrong). Look at transformers WFC, all anybody plays is the leader cause it's easy peasy.

If that's how they want to play and are having fun playing like that then the game is serving its purpose.

And adding 'discuss' to the end of your post doesn't give your topic more discussion value than it had without it.

This is true the second no-one is having fun in a game, it should be sent to the 73rd level of hell (videogames), however, the difference between videogames and running around waving your arms in the air like an idiot in real life, is that in a videogame its all fantasy in a world imagined by a designer. Imagined to have fun, yes. But none the less, imagined to convey more than that, an experience. So I would like to see people have fun, but perhaps a more stealthy lobby for people wishing to embrace the creed.

I have played ac:B multiplayer quite a bit and I have noticed that in some matches no one actually playes properly. The game encourages stealthy play but people just run at each other and forrget being sneaky at all I can't recount the ammount of times I have played manhunt(team DM kinda) and I have stalked and carefully tailed for a while and as I go to sink a 600 point kill, my team-mate will just sprint in to the area and stab them with no stealth for a 100 point kill.

When the game is played properly it is great as you all try to out npc one-another, and during chases across rooftops and though alleys can be very hectic and exciting. But more and more matches are just dissolving into full frontal fights instead of sneaky sneaky stabby whehay.

What do you think
DISSCUS
Considering the guys that do hide and use stealth end up being on top of the scoreboard while the guys running get a bunch of kills but still remain at the bottom might indicate that something is going as planned.

Also, Terran Reaper is dead right. :)

I played the online and got bored of it pretty fast because if things like this kept happening, like my target was always the knob who ran around and dived off rooftops. Also the fact that it gives you very little chance to defend yourself from the person hunting you got me annoyed pretty fast.

I use both. I sprint to close gaps then creep up to my target gor points, if I'm in first then ill run around like a spider monkey and make ppl work for their kills. Some chase me for crappy points other wait till I run their direction and hit me for big ones. It isn't. Being ruined its just about the flow of battle. Alway walking slow and creeping each ally gets boring at times, ya just wanna have epic rooftop massecre.

Yes, that is annoying to no end. It would've been nice to have a game mode that actively penalized you for breaking stealth: for example, getting a kill when your visiblity bar is nearly empty would actually subtract points from your score, while climbing/roofrunning would instantly light you up like a strobe light.

A man can dream, I suppose.
If people are running around like headless chickens, their prey should take advantage of it and stun them.
Games like that you can earn more points by punishing idiocy than scoring kills.
Seriously.

I do think it could be improved a fair bit. I mean sure you generally get less points for not killing silently, but it just ruins the game. I try to play stealthily, hiding in groups and killing silently, but when your target is a goon who sprints EVERYWHERE, it's impossible to kill them without having to sprint after them, therefore you get less points and are more likely to be killed yourself.

I think you should lose like 5 points a second or something while sprinting, so you only do it when you have to. Also when you use the gun, you should lose ALL of your points and a message should come up saying "You sir, (or madam) are a twat, go play Call of Duty!"

The hidden gun RUINS the multiplayer completely.

Not so, at least on the Playstation 3 version. The gun is quite balanced, and it only gives 100 pts unless its a mid-air shot. They balanced it pretty well, its not overused, and there's even a little noise that tells you when someone is aiming at you.

Well if the game sometimes didn't take 10 minutes to load up a match people would be more inclined to play properly. Seriously they should fix the machmaking before anything.

Whenever I try to stealth, I either die or lose. The players who run like hell tend to get more kills than me. However, I find stealth is a lot more fun in the two teams mode, where you don't have to worry about trying to kill someone while not dying. I suck at multitasking.

AC brotherhood multiplayer is trash overall, lunges from 10 feet away leave you fucking paralyzed.

Don't like it, give it another shot Ubisoft.
