That is correct. However, does it exactly happen more often than the original user using their account. The answer is "No". Some usability experts even suggest the password shouldn't be obscured when being input (with the option of hiding it, if the user feels like it) because it hinders genuine users more than it actually helps security. The same thing is happening here - sure somebody
could come and use your account but the vast majority of cases, it's you who do it. And besides, even if somebody "hijacked" your account, the age verification isn't exactly going to stop them - using a different age that what you have on your account is no issue at all.
