It?s 7:35AM, and I haven?t been to bed yet. Nor do I intend to go to bed. Well, at least not until sometime this evening. I am in the process of pulling what some might call an ?All-Nighter,? which, for those who don?t know, basically means staying up for the entire night, usually in order to accomplish something.
The thing is, I?m not really accomplishing anything by staying up all night. Most people pull an all nighter because they need to study or cram, they have an assignment due, they?re wired beyond belief, etc. As for me, my sleep patterns messed up. I slept for 13 hours yesterday, woke up at three in the afternoon, and honestly haven?t felt at all tired so far. I figure that if I?m ever going to get back into a normal sleep habit, I ought to try and correct this by exhausting myself, and then take an early night and hit the sheets in about fifteen hours (10PM).
But enough about me. Have you ever pulled an all nighter, and if so what was the reason behind it?
