if you havent seen it, check it out imediatelly, it is a GTA mmo, sort of like GTA 4 meeting world of warcraft, in layman's terms, the game looks great and the customisation is finger lickin' good, i mean, it offers THE MOST CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS EVAR, if you look at a couple of videos, you will get hooked and spend a day of your life..so anyway

are you getting it?
have you heard of it?
what are your thoughts?
i think its awesome!
seriously check out those videos
and do you think it will fail? just post opinions, just wanna get a little gaming discussion going.

It keeps dropping off my radar, though it has intrigued me quite a bit. I'll be waiting till a while after its' release so I can see some nice reviews and gameplay videos till I decide methinks.

A monthly subscription MMO isn't so hot in my tastes.
Also Grand Theft Auto IV comes with multiplayer and is about 30$
But who knows, maybe it will be better than Grand Theft Auto IV?

Technically the payment option is very complicated... and yet simple at the same time. You can read the FAQ on their main website and get a basic idea of what they want from you.

As for me... I'm going to wait for a free trial or something. Ever since reading how they're handling the payment plan, I'm not sure I want to get the game. I want to make sure it's a game I'll play for a good long while and I'm not sure what the Social Districts exactly offer.

My friend showed me this the other week, it looks really good, and may sway me to finally play an MMO... I will wait for reviews first though...

So it's free for the first 50 hours?

Seriously? Fuck that.
Well... the Social Districts are unlimited. However, the Social District doesn't seem to be where the fun is. I doubt I can rob a bank and then get a cop to chase after me as he'll be too busy fraternizing with other cops. Or at least that's what it sounds like in comparison to the Action Districts where they'll more than likely shoot you for merely being in sight.

However, there is a bit of good news and that's if you're really good. There's the chance you can play the game for free as they reward you RTW points which can be converted to game time or in-game currency. I don't see that being practical or for fun, but that's me.

Meh.
I agree with Assassinscreed548: monthly subscription MMO that does what single-player games with multiplayer option do = no go for me. I'd try it out (and probably not play it regularly) if it were f2p with the RTW points, like DDO is now. Then again I am by no means a fan of the genre (i.e. GTA).
