I'm talking of course about The Beatles, I guarantee that both genders will agree that they are either the best/overrated/okay/good/great/bad.

Never really listened to them. They aren't great, but they aren't terrible. Just average.

I find it amusing that people hate twilight or Justin bebier but love the beatles. I can only imagine what the parents of kids who first listened to the beatles thought, probably the same things that people who hate JB think.

I have to say they were great.

They were Scousers, i'm a Scouser ... we have to stick together (although I deny all knowledge of Cilla Black being from Liverpool).

Quick bad taste joke...

How do people know Yoko Ono has diet problems?

She's been living off a dead beatle for years....

It seems that basically every person in music lists them as some form of inspiration, so I can't deny that they were important, but I can't say I like very many of their songs. 8 Days A Week and Help, but that's about it.

I think they're a good band, and that they did a lot.

I only like a few of their songs, I'm just not a fan of them.

It was mostly joking as the entire thing doesn't seem serious, but people's gender isn't a good way to group them when it comes to opinions. It's like saying "Something both short and tall people can agree on." It's not as if short and tall people usually have extreme differences of opinion that can be identified merely by identifying their height. Nor are they opposing sides. Saying it the way the title does seems to imply that they naturally disagree or are opposing sides.
Don't be silly, everybody knows short people always have the wrong opinion \o/

Allow me to elaborate....
and...

Do you see the similarities? A bunch of overly zealous fans who seem (imho) a little too into their fandom of the Musicians. Don't get me wrong, if you like the Beatles or Justin Beiber, thats fine, but some of these people take it too far.

I find their music quite boring to be honest.

I think you should've said something more classic like.....the king of rock.

Elvis Presley ftw.

I still do not see the similarities since (at least with me) my problem with Justin beiber and Twilight is not their fans, it's the fact that I personally think they are bad.

Justin Beibers - Baby baby is written by:
Writer(s) Justin Bieber, Christopher "Tricky" Stewart, Terius "The-Dream" Nash, Christopher Bridges, Christina Milian

While

Beatles - Please Please Me
Is written by Lennon/McCartney

And the fact is that most of Beatles hits are written by them self (as far as I know) and that the lyrics (again imo is much better then simply singing)
"Baby, baby, baby oooh
Like baby, baby, baby nooo
Like baby, baby, baby oooh
I thought you'd always be mine (mine)"
