Poll: Alucard vs Alucard

I want some opinions on which Alucard everyone likes better. Do you prefer the Hellsing version of Alucard or the Castlevania version?

I personally like the Castlevania version but I know a lot of people who like Hellsing better.

Edit: So, so far Hellsing Alucard has won over Castlevania. Which I almost expected but I didn't think the gap between the two would be as big as it is. I thought it might be a tad closer. I'll wait till tomorrow and see where it's at by then.

I'm definitely going to have to go with Hellsing...I remember reading the manga way back and I vaguely remember seeing some of the anime, they were pretty sweet.

Well, to be fair, Hellsing's Alucard IS Dracula, while Castlevania is Dracula's wayward bastard son who despises his lineage. He IS awesome, but he has to built himself from the ground up while Hellsing Alucard can't even stay dead, apparently.

The TV series, maybe. The series of OVAs are pretty damn great, though.

I have to give it to Castlevania Alucard, mainly because while I like Hellsing Alucard, the guy is a little too invincible there's never really much of a challenge in his fights. Also I wasn't a big fan of how the first Hellsing anime ended, it gave the impression that they were going to continue, but they didn't.

Hmm...a tough choice here but i'm going with Castlevania Alucard. He's just that awesome.

disinclined to favor the Hellsing anime. It didn't seem to have any idea what it wanted to do, whether it wanted to be a story about Alucard as a badass or Seras Victoria as a vampire. Then it just... ended. It didn't end so much as it dropped off of a cliff and exploded like that one Nazi in the Last Crusade.

they did do a remake later, "hellsing ultimate" that followed the manga. Looked like they made it just for the sake of showing off how powerful alucard is, and the weapons.

All I know is SotN is on my top ten games of all time. Ergo, Castlevania Alucard for me.
