Poll: Am I a bad person to use Emulators?

I do use emulators for the GBA and SNES.

However, since several games I download are also on the Wii Virtual Console, I do be wary from time to time.

Not at all, I emulated Mother 3 because the game would of otherwise been impossible for me to play otherwise. I don't regret playing it for a second. However if you emulate this gen when you don't already own it then you are very very bad and should be ashamed your stealing.

I'll say "no, you're in the right" and it's mostly because getting an NES or even SNES's can be a real ***** to run on new TVs and that's if you have the systems themselves. Apart from owning one previously, the only way you're going to find classic generation consoles is Ebay or garage sales, and can anyone truely say those are worth the prices? Not in my books.

Emulators are the best way to also play some of the hardest games to find anywhere. There's Emulation ROMs for Cheetahmen II, but getting a physical copy? Near impossible I've heard.

I see nothing wrong with it, as long as the game is quite old, maybe 5 or 10 years, and it's really hard to find.
