Too many birthdays to remember!

So yeah it kinda is, but then again I fogot my own birthday twice and I have never let myslef forget it.

Honestly, I don't really see the importance of birthdays. I've forgone any celebration of it and generally forget my age, being that i'm 19, but I look like I'm in my mid twenties, which most other people agree to (hell, a cashier thought I was in my thirties ). But seriously, birthdays are meaningless celebrations, though was more likely caused back hundreds of years ago because living for a year when young (or old) was pretty awesome. Anyways, that's just my thoughts and the fact that I'm fairly jaded.

I consider everyone who still cares about birthdays a dick. Maybe if it's 21st, 50th and 10oth I can understand. Maybe! Other then that birthdays make no sense. We weren't cloned, we were all born on a certain day. It's quite normal. Get over it.

Well theres a couple of us who share the same birthday i mean i like my birthday just some acknowlagement would be nice.

That is a good point and i do agree going back far enough living an extra year would be good. Mainly when the life expectancy was 40. (40!). Also i bet when the cashier thought you was 30 a bit embarassing i got asked for I.D for a 12 the other day and i have a freakin beard atm.

I have a female friend who we shall name S for the purpose of the topic on hand.

The question she came into my room about 2 minutes ago and said with a serious face

"I bet everyone will forget my 21st birthday" (next week 11th of may day before mine :/)
my response was merly "ok and i havent forgotten" her response after was
"Is it a dick head move to not remind anyone that its my birthday and hold it against them"
"my mere response was i dunno i guess it could be how about you ask a wider audiance outside of your usual friends"
"Can you do it for me"

So thats about it

Everyone does it in an attempt to see how others value you. Its not a dickhead move, Inefficient is what it is.

Im actually very very astonished that this topic has had this much response thank you to everyone who has commented and even read the topic. All and all its there birthday tomorrow i should print this off to show them for a birthday present (joke). But yeah.
