When you are insane you do not know you are insane. So no you are not because you
1. know that the zombies were in a dream
2. think your insane and want to take action to change it.

What might be going on is you are remembering the zombies, because there is a lot of stress on you right know so you are having recognition of event earlier in life.

No you are not, although if you started to mix you dreams with the real world then we might have a problem.

The fact that you're not pumped to be having dreams about zombies is more compelling evidence for your insanity.

zombie invasion is extremely unlikely due to the way its supposed to work. do some research and thinking of your own and you will find that most zombie movies/games would not actually work.

not that zombies are impossible, just wait til a parasite comes along that does it.

Just zombies? No, you are not insane.

I am insane.

Like tonight, I dreamt that I was being chased around my city by a bunch of fuckers from a shitty action movie.
It involved Guns, Helicopters and Lolis
It ended in a police station where I broke the glass in front to get inside taking a big shard of it with me.
Bumped into a few officers that were on their way out.
They did nothing.
Ran deeper in.
More cops.
Standoff.
The dream cut out just as I took the glass to the big guy's head.

I hate my family.

Crazier dreams happen to me even better than this 2-3 Times a Night on average.
Though I tend to have dreams within The Void.
I need to start keeping a dream journal.
I could make money off this shit.

You've been exposed to too much zombie media, that's all.
This. In games it's known as the Tetris effect; after to long playing tetris you start to imagine how objects would stack best. Too much zombie media and you start imagining how zombies would get you...

You are is abbreviated to You're.
Definate is spelled Definite.
Except should actually be Accept. (In the context of your sentence)
Premenition is spelled Premonition.

I keep having dreams where I'm just an extra in my own dream. As in there will be someone else the narrative is following, and I'll just be seen in crowd doing very little. That said I have had one in a zombie dystopia where someone used my severed head as a warning to stay away from there stash of food... That was pretty unnerving.

I would say, not crazy in the sense of your dreams, hell i had reacurring dreams of the exact same situation at work(which was damn near impossible to happen and never has at any time in my memory) for 3 months, not nessecarily nightly but at least 4 times a week... waking up in a semidelusional state sweating profusely and not sleeping again the rest of the night sucks when you work 7 days a week.

though you may very well be crazy and are just immagining this whole thing and are actually in a zombie infested world but are in a state where you phase in and out of a comatose state... y'never know mate.

As has already been stated above, you've probably been exposed to too much zombie media. That isn't a sign of insanity, just a sign that there is too much bloody zombie-related crap being made nowadays.
While this is true, reoccurring dreams aren't uncommon in the first place. I have had the same dream for about a week now. That doesn't mean I have been exposed to too much apple juice and water parks.

I can't really pass jugdement, because I think everyone is insane. The crazier you are, the more likely you'll end up in pollitics.

Insanity...

That is something you do not seem to possess.

Have you ever wished horrific death upon your enemies, to eviscerate them where they stand while relishing in their terrified shrieks?

That... is insanity.
Well then I must be going insane every time I play Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

Or any other video game I've ever played =D
Don't worry you're not insane, you're just bad at video games.

Basing it entirely upon what you've been dreaming isn't enough to give a proper diagnosis. What we need to know is what else you've been doing during your day. If you've been filling it with Left 4 Dead, then your brain is just doing dumps of what it's seen that day (which is what all dreams are anyway).

Dreams are to be viewed as free entertainment; nothing more.

Ok, so, ive been having a lot, and i mean "A LOT" of zombie dreams and it is really starting to worry me. ive came to the conclusion that either im having premenitions, i just have a lot of great movie ideas, or im completely fucking insane. My question to every one is, have any of you had a problem similar to mine, and if so, how did you solve it.
I have dreams about running from friends while doing parkour in my surroundings (which is really fun). In one dream, I think it was a mall, in the other I think it was a school. Both were awesome. It might mean that I'm using my physical skills (martial arts, gymnastics and such) to put distance between my friends and I because I'm afraid of getting close, or perhaps a broader interpretation is that I'm just running away from people who care about me or something, but that's not the point of this discussion, eh?

You probably have been getting Zombie overload. Whenever I play an Aliens (Like Riddley Scott, James Cameron Aliens type) game, then I tend to have dreams about them (and they scare the crap out of me, so it usually turns into cold sweats and a need to have lights on). Oh well, since I just moved away from where I was to farm country, I've been weary of every ambulance I've seen. I always think, "Oh great, the zombie apocalypse has begun." I guess don't worry about it. Write ideas down, maybe become the next Romero.

One summer, I was having Runescape dreams and Star Trek dreams, because all I did was play and watch. My suggestion: Stop playing zombie games.
