Okay, lets start this off:
I've bought a ATi 5850 as faulty (for £60, Retail: £250), and I got it working fine, so I give my GeForce 260 GTX to my brother for exchange of his old card GeForce 8800GTX, which the GeForce 260 GTX is nearly twice as powerful as that particular card.

I sold his old card and got £50 for it, so we're both better off.

I buy another card ATi 5970 as faulty (for £185, Retail: £500) and I get it working again, and as I'm low on money, I said I was likely to sell that card on eBay for probably around £200 when I get the 5970 fixed. I also said I would've given him it, but I was low on cash.

I get the 5970 fixed, and as that happens, my brother says he'll buy the card off of me. So I give him the offer of: I sell his GeForce 260 GTX, and he makes up the difference of £200.

I sell the GeForce 260 GTX as he has the 5850 in his system, and it makes £70, so I said to him that he owes me £130. I'm doing this as a favour as he'll likely not get paid for a while, so I held onto it for him.

Now when it comes down to coming close to being paid, he points out that I'm making a profit from him because I bought the card for £60 and want to sell it to him for £130, excluding the money made from the GeForce 260 GTX. He says it is immoral because it's family, and he says he does favours for me. Which of course he does. Also denies angrily that I told him that the card would be £200 overall.

He fixes my car whenever it needs to be done, I just buy the parts.

What I'm getting at is: is what I'm asking here unreasonable or not? I don't think I am being unreasonable, but I would like other opinions on this matter as I might have missed something out.

Thanks.

Just to note, everything here has happened within about 3 months or so
Just to add after meditating on it:

I've given him many things before and helped with his computer many times without payment. He's the car mechanic, and I'm the PC techie. Not too long ago given him my old case and heatsink. (And also a Zalman Reserator 2 watercooler which just needs a new pump)

Also, I'll add the retail prices on the items, so not to confuse people if they aren't sure of what they are.

I guess what really bothers me is that I know I said that I was low on cash and couldn't just 'give' him the ATi 5850, and was going to sell it on ebay. But then he later agreed for me to sell his old card and make up the difference with cash. And now he's arguing about it as it comes near payday for him.

I would say that you should continue to go for the sell, but perhaps try lowering the price a smidget.

Perhaps to around £115, so the overall is about £175

I couldn't follow that at all but making profit is not a bad thing?
Thing is, I'm low on cash, and I was hoping this 5850 card would give me a little boost.

I've given him later and better graphics cards in exchange for his old ones, so I can sell them. This time though I couldn't afford to do so, so I said I was going to sell it on ebay. Later on he announces that he wants to buy the card off of me.

We come to an agreement that I'll sell his old card, and whatever difference there is (From £200) he pays it. The card sold for £70, so that left the difference at £130. He was fine with this for about two weeks.

He's getting paid soon, and all of a sudden he accuses me of making a profit from him and being immoral and evil as he has helped me in the past with my car. And also because I bought that particular card for £60 because it was sold as faulty (It works perfectly fine now). He's refusing to pay the difference on these grounds.

I'm kinda getting to the point where I just don't want any of this stupid arguing. He can have the card without paying any extra (Even though when I told him that, he still went on his angry ranting). I just wanted to know what people think of this situation.
