Holy crap.

I also had the PDF subscription, although I didn't actually join the ranks of registered Escapists until I just had to comment on one of Yahtzee's videos about WWII. I've been mucking about since early 2006.

So, yeah, old. And I mean that age-wise.

It's amazing how many people Yahtzee has dragged in for this site. The power of one person, scary if you think about it.

BTW: I thought there wasn't a forum back in the day I 'signed on'. It must've been the registration for the subscription of the original pdf magazine...

We didn't open these forums until 2007, so technically nobody could have joined The Escapist until then.
It's a bit older than that! The oldest threads on the forums are from 2006 [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.33885]. I joined a few months later. Been reading the magazine, on and off, since issue one.

Paladjin, do you remember when they switched to webpages and dropped the pdf version?
I remember, and I cried great big old fogey tears when they changed it.

WanderingTaoist seems to be the longest registered.
Somehow most people seem to have registered around the spring of 2007. I wonder why that is.

Hey, Tennis for Two was a great game! In fact, I've actually developed quite the unhealthy addiction to Solitaire with Three Draw and Vegas Scoring.
