The title pretty much says it all. I fucking hate these games. The campaighns were good until modern warfare 2. Its probably got something to do with the fact that I don't like multiplayer. Unless its on minecraft.

First of all, you are never the only one. A quick search for Call of Duty on this very site should further prove my point. I don't play the games, they don't interest me, but hating them is just weird. I really can't see any good reason for putting effort into having feelings about a game you don't like, just don't play it. It's pretty easy and simple as that.
Considering that there are 6 billion people in earth, and at least SOME of them are on the internet, perhaps. But, as Sassafrass has previously stated, not on this site.

It does seem tailor made for a troll post, doesn't it? "Am I the only one..." threads are the most hated type of thread around here, and CoD is one of the most hated series of games. What we have here is either a troll, or someone who really should have lurked more before posting.Darth Caelum said:
OT: I'm kind of indifferent to the series. They can be fun if you've got a bunch of friends over for splitscreen, and the Zombie modes on the recent games are great fun, but it's not exactly my favorite series. As far as "realistic" shooters go, I'd take a Battlefield game over a CoD game any day.
I'd have to say I find it hard to directly answer your question because I kinda do, but I've been going of it ever since it started really going down hill in my opinion.
CoD 1 was perhaps the pinnacle of single player fps for me. MW1 and 2 weren't great. MW2 multiplayer is just a joke to me since I play CoD on a console. If I want to play an online FPS I'll play counterstirke. It's yet to be matched.
well considering the 100 billion whiney threads like this (not just for call of duty but any somewhat popular game)....i hazard a guess the answer is "no".
Of course I love Call of Duty. I have a shrine dedicated to Captain Price. He's fought in every war since WW2, on both sides, even in the wars the United Kingdom never fought in.

Sorry about that, it's just there's A LOT of people who don't like Call of Duty, with many good reasons. Sorry if I kind of seemed like a troll there but here's a tip - You are never, ever, EVER the only one. Ever. It's as concrete as Rule 34. Another tip, Popularity and hate have a direct relationship, the more loved something is the more hate it will inevitably recieve.

hahahahahahahahahahaha no. Of course you aren't the only one who hates the Call of Duty games. They're popular, and therefore a kind of anti-cult has formed around them. In other words, there are always gonna be haters hatin' on it, and more than one at that.
