Poll: Am I the only one that misses Megaman?

Am I? Even Capcom wouldn't put Megaman in MvC3, he's the best! I love him in all forms and I just got the reason as to why Roll's name is Roll(Rock and Roll). I never hear anymore news about him anymore, it's like he was forgotten. Do you guys remember or at least miss him? I miss him, how about you.

I mean Megaman is practically the foundation of any gamers career, he practically coined the side scrolling video game style of arcade games. Megaman Legends rocked hard, and Megamans Starforce and Netforce were and still are pretty good. Anyone want more Megaman?

I'm a fan of every iteration of Megaman (except Zero and Star Force,) so I'd love to see more of him. I'd like to see a new game that isn't emulating 8-bit, though.

I can always use some more Megaman.

I'd love to see Capcom make some more downloadable retro style games like Megaman 9 and 10 only in the 16 bit style from the SNES days.

Also I'd like to see a "what if?" Megaman game in the original style, but in 32 bit sprites, as if the PS1 era was sprite based instead of ugly triangles.

But that's probably just me...

You do know Keiji Inafune, the creator of Megaman, left Capcom just a few months ago right??...

Sure, there may be more Megaman games coming in the future (Megaman Universe was cancelled, but Legends 3 should be on its way) but it probably won't be the same without him at the helm.

I've always hoped that eventually they'd bring back the Megaman Battle Network series. No offense to those who liked him, but Geo Stellar was just full of shit. Didn't like Starforce at all.

I miss specifically Megaman Legends, though that's supposedly got something coming up on the DS or something.

The older games, no. If you've played one, you're pretty much played them all.

I miss the MMX series. Well, of course, Megaman does have a tendency to drag out (sub)franchises (oh, sigma didn't stay dead after the seventh time I killed him? And he's the evil big bad with a new battle armor? SURPRISE!). But yeah, megaman is quite missed. Just...just no 3D shit. Ever. Megaman should stay 2D, call me old-fashioned.

Regretfully, I've never played Megaman Legends (though I have played Megaman 64 *shudder*)
