FUCK THAT SHIT, to quote the late MaxTheReaper, Fuck the haters! Cursing forever bitches!

Ahem,

Well I do tend to curse a lot when I am grouchy or annoyed by something. Since my parents still ***** at me for swearing I hold myself from screaming swears in my house. But outside the home and on the internet the potty mouth is released.

Really rarely. I just happen to not do so, there's no subliminal reason, other than the fact that I just don't swear. People respect that part of me too. In the event that I DO, it is when I have been surprised incredibly, and I am 95% sure that nobody is within ear-shot.

Sometimes one flops out, but I don't like it, I try to stay civil. Online as well, heck, especially online, just to bust the idea that everyone on the internet is a jerk. It's also why I love my gaming clan, swearing on their servers is outlawed.

But I'm only human, I used to swear a lot more, and it has become somewhat of a reflex when I'm angry, and I hate it.

I swear once in awhile, using F-bombs as conversational spices. Sometimes only a swear word will do in the context of the point I'm trying to say. There's a big difference in context between "I really liked that" and "I REALLY fucking loved it."

I've gotten to the point where I use swears in regular vocabulary, but not as random expletives: instead, I use them "correctly". I'll talk about two (or more) people fucking, or about how my friend's dog is a ***** (and she is). I'm hoping to desensitize people to those words by making them common use, but it's a long, hard, phallic battle.

The worse I do is shoot which isn't swearing at all, but people still think I'm swearing sometimes. I often say "beep" in the place of swear words though which weirds some people out.

It's not that I have anything against swearing, although my parents do and I always have to watch my words around them, it's that I find the words are generally unnessesairy.

The whole point of swearing seems to be to add strength to your words. Since everyone swears constantly those words no longer add strength, they just make you look like a punk-ass gangsta rapper whos parents must not have put the smack down on them hard enough(or in simpler terms, they were raised badly and act like it).

I prefer words like 'bugger' or 'bloody' over ordinary American slang. To start with, I like how they sound and that calms me down a little. Also, it occasionally starts interesting conversations. And finnaly, It distinguishes me from those people who just smatter their language with 'Fuck' and '*****' thinking it makes them look 'grown-up' or 'mature' (Which I think we can agree it doesn't).

Only when the world well and truly pisses me off.

Such as say, when Tony Blair had a heart-attack and it DIDN'T kill the smarmy little fuckwit.

I refrain from profanity when the social situation demands it. Otherwise I swear quite a lot borderline excessive, especially when texting my friends.

I curse when appropriate (i.e. in a long unending string of profanity while running away from the tank in l4d) although I do occasionally switch "fuck" with "frak", less a method of self censorship and more because it's more fun to say.

I don't at work (at least not while on the clock) or when I'm around my parents. When I'm with friends, or bitching about customers on my breaks, yeah, all the fuckin' time. Mostly fuck when I'm bitching.
