Like most companies, I'd wager they're neither good nor bad, but wherever the bottom line (i.e. consumers wallets) lead them to be.
Selling utterly repulsive stuff like that - legal as it may be[footnote]And should be insofar it does not provably encourage any crimes against actual children.[/footnote] - will generally mean a decrease in profits, since the amount of customers for such a thing would be exceedingly small, and the dislike for it of most of the persons in charge of their wallets immense, I'd consider it a smart business move to pull it. It's not like stuff like that won't find another way if there's a market for it anyway.
Personally, I could not care less about what companies I deal with also stock, as long as it is A) legal, B) not pushed upon me, and C) does not provably do any harm to real life persons. I can stay the hell away from stuff like that on my own. If other private parties don't want to trade with them, for whatever reason, that's fine though.
