Almost everyone gets annoyed every once in a while, I just started collage and I've been kinda stressed, so yeah I've recently gotten angry for no reason.

I was looking around my room and I got really annoyed at how unclean it was, that happens to me every once in a while though- I'm almost compulsive that way.

I don't get random anger spurts (which can't be healthy btw), but I do from time to time get uber-apprehensive about nothing at all. Its quite annoying.

Yeah thats happend to me, although ther eis usually a reaason for it though.

I have however felt annoyed by the slightest things on somedays, and I will get pissed pretty easily on those occasions, and there is no reason for it anyway.

REAGAN SMASH...REAGAN TIRED..Reagan sleepppyy...

That's pretty much how it is for me sometimes. The worst thing I did regarding random acts of anger was throw my math book at the wall, denting it badly.

Yeah. There's probably something wrong with me. I find that it's better to yell and scream at people when you feel like it, so you're not shooting up your workplace 2 years later.

Yes i've had moments of being incredibly angry at times...

But wanting to smash things (especially expensive electrical equipment i own)? Never.

Personally i don't understand it at all, as you'll go from:
-being angry at
to
-being angry at and angry at yourself for smashing your own stuff for no reason.

though i hear of plenty examples of people smashing their own stuff, so maybe i'm the weird one :)

When I'm angry for a reason, I get all flowery and cold and I'll agree with whoever's just pissed me off in a way that I know is sarcasm, but it's so dry that they just think I'm really compassionate and good at compromise.

But sometimes (about once a day, in bad months) I feel like something is burning inside of me. I don't know if that's anger really; it tends to happen when my emotional climate is anxious. When I'm content, like I am now because I'm just starting Grade 12, it doesn't happen without a specific reason.

Sometimes when I was a little younger, I felt like just biting something on occasion. Does this count?

Meh. I sometimes get angry for reasons unknown to me but I hold it in a lot and don't show it. I do get very irritated, if that also counts.

only 2 things make me angry, being wrongly accused of something, and unbeatable boss fights. The first one doesn't make me too angry, but the second one sometimes makes me throw things at high speeds at the wall and break important technology. I guess i get it from my dad, that one got so angry he managed to throw a water bottle to the floor hard enough to launch it 9 feet in the air and make a hole in the wall (i took a rough estimate, the hole is still there).

Now i want to tell you a tale of my uncle. Imagine a very long room, imagine one wall is made of small windows with metal frames. My uncle had enough tantrums to break 80% of them, with his bare fists.

I get spontaneously angry all the time. I once started yelling at my TV because a weather service broadcast because it was cutting into Conan O'Brian.

People with deep seated rage problems tend to do things like shake babies to death or murder prostitutes.

I don't think I get angry really. I find it a bad state of mind to be in. You generally loose a lot of intelligents and logic and start doing stupid things. It's very negative and only imposes negativity onto others.

Firstly, find the source of your problem. Is it your diet, a person or an object? If a person, just ignore them and confront them without anger later. If an object, remove it. If diet, change it. Eating unhealthy can cause a lot of problems like this. There are others I would imagine.
Perhaps just turn off the computer and go for a walk somewhere. That's always a massive help.

Anything more you could offer about your situation?
