Poll: Anime/manga reviewers

I am a long time fan of anime and manga, and one of my favorite ways to find new series are the different anime/manga reviews out there in Internet Land.

And i have two reasons to create this forum topic:
1) I want to discuss and hear about your favorite anime/manga reviewers
2) I want to hear some recommendations, preferably some less known series (I have probably seen the series if they are more main stream i.e DBZ, Bleach or One piece)

EDIT: BTW, for those who have followed That Dude in the Suede from TGWTG.com, he said in January of 2009 that he would take a 2 year long hiatus (for a Mormon thing).
Well now it have been over two years and there is no sign of him at TGWTG.com (http://thatguywiththeglasses.wikia.com/wiki/That_Dude_In_the_Suede) or his youtube account (http://www.youtube.com/user/Aurisath)
Does anyone know anything? I haven't been reading his blog, so I don't know anything.

I rather like the DesuDes Brigade [http://www.d2brigade.net/], particularly JesuOtaku (the most critical of the critics)

I recommend Xam'd: Lost Memories and El Cazador de La Bruja. I can't really describe either one, but they are rather good watches.

Sadly I haven't been able to find any good anime in the last few years. All the latest anime seems to give up all story line and character for panty and bust shots .

But you should try out my favorite anime Darker Than Black. I almost never see anyone talking about it so dont know how well known it is. But only the first season is any good (but to be fair it ENDED in the first season).

I agree.
JO is one of my favorites, I'm just mad that i didn't find her before she posted her Baccano! review on TGWTG.
Her top 20 baddest bad guys on d2brigade.net is pretty good, you don't realize that its actually about an hour long before you check the clock, its just a good list.

Only bad thing about her, is that she has a huge backlog of written reviews she can't do video reviews of.

Huh, i don't look at anime reviews strangely enough, i just go by how notorious they are across the internet and by how cool the title sounds (i mean who wouldn't like an anime called Death Note?)

Although i like keeping an eye on Gainex... Goddamn awesome Christmas ruining awesome stoner guys... I wouldn't be surpised if their next anime was a Panty and Stocking/Gurren Lagann crossover... Or an anime about a bacon vs eggs mecha war
