Obviously depends on the person and the STD. And if you knew ahead of time, it might be possible to prevent infection or immediately cure the STD depending on what it was.

If it were something curable with some penicillin, like chlamydia, I'd probably do it. If it were something nasty and incurable like HIV or even herpes, then no.

Also a little surprised at people in this thread thinking that all STDs are incurable. Where are you from and what was up with your school sex ed?

Well you never specify which STD and some of them are curable. So i'll just say yes, contract a curable one, take my antibiotics and piss blood for a week and move on with my life.

I kind of think STD roulette works for the question. You could get a nice simple one like... crabs or one to remind you of your special evening for the rest of your life like... genital warts.
