Poll: Another Thread About Love...

I have a problem... I'm in love with this amazing girl, she's hot, funny, really cool, great with kids, hot, a great swimmer (and therefore packing a swimmer's body), really nice/kind/compassionate but with a wonderful dark sense of humour, and did I mention hot?
Anyway, my problem, or problems if you will, is this:

1) we work together

2)she seems like she has a lot going on in her life (two jobs, swimming practise and school)

3) I'm not sure, but it seems like she only sees me as a friend (although I'm terrible at deciphering what a person thinks of me)

And (this is the big one)
4) she is so amazing that she seems to have a sort of "There's Something About Mary"- thing going on, I can't imagine any guy looking at her and not falling head over heels for her. And even though she's single now, I can't imagine her staying that way for long...

I must have her, but there is a mountain of problems, and I forgot my oxygentank at home, what do you think I should do? there is a poll... If you didn't notice.

EDIT: I really want to know what you Escapists think I should do... Come with tips, tell me how you landed your Dreamgirl. Because even though it might seem like I treat her like an object I actually don't care about that SO much, because she's so great personality wise.

OT:I say go for it if you can, and really the worst thing that can happen for you is that you become her friend which shouldn't be too bad if she has such a wonderful personality.

Anyways, as much as everyone wishes there was, there is no single way to get anybody to like you, other than the hard and annoying one of talking to them and praying they find you attractive.

Important note.

Make it clear that you are interested. As in interested. because no-one likes ambiguity and the friend zone is nasty. Better to crash, burn and move on then waste years in agonising doubt.

Hmm well I'd say talk about movies coming out soon and see if she shows interest just casually be like "hey why don't we go see it?" No need to start with a real "date" right but make sure to slip a few compliments in but keep things light. Maybe see if she's interested in going to the water park with you after that?

There's no need to open with "hey, I like you let's go on a date" it seems you probably joke around a bit. If going to a movie works out after the movie see if she's interested in going for a drink or a bite to eat... also, I find if you make naughty jokes it can really crank up the sexual tension which leads to good things.
