I voted Lopez, because by the second season of the Recollections trilogy, he had become the funniest thing ever featured in the show. Seriously, I was in hysterics at his every line. "Did you seriously just say "Simmonsized"?"

It looks cool and all, but there's quite a few of us who don't like the shift toward the visual gags. I mean that sequence where she keeps hitting Grif in the balls, it didn't do anything for me. Just kinda meh. I missed the old days where they were limited by the game engine and made up for it with outstanding writing. Now they can just slip in a ball gag or something for a cheap laugh. Not to mention the plot is getting all twisted up topsy turvy, so right now the 100 are looking better and better
Ah, so you would be the part of the fanbase TVtropes calls "the part that hates awesome".
I hear ya, mate. I admit, I preferred it too when it wasn't The Matrix: Halo edition - one of the main reasons actually being how conspicuous the CGI looked in comparison to the normal models. Plus, the Tex vs Everyone scene had the hopefully-unintended side effect of making me root for the Meta when he fought her - that's what happens when you beat up all my favourite characters for no reason in a big pointless episode, I'm afraid. Mind you, Red Team vs Wash earlier on was one of the best things I've ever seen, and I have high hopes now that they're splitting the CGI and normal machinima into separate sections of the series.
Having said all that, I liked pretty much all the episodes of all the seasons of RvB. Roll on the rest of season 9!
