There is nothing in this world that I am more afraid of than spiders and, after years of suffering, I've realized that it is the way that they move that terrifies me. The fact that they can move far faster than I can react to them combined with their ability to easily move in any direction makes them a threat I can't predict. Don't even make me mention the ones that can jump...

I thinks they're kinda scary and it doesn't help that they leave their webs so you can walk into them and feel like they are all over you.

Spiders are dicks.

I'm very arachnophobic, because I know that they're probably crawling around all over my room as I'm typing this, and might even mate and create more terrifying creatures that will look at me in my sleep.

The idea of having something possibly dangerous crawling on top of or near me is really what freaks me out, I don't really see a problem with the creatures themselves.

I'm not scared of small spiders. Bigger ones actually might pose a threat and be difficult to kill, and therefore, I dislike them.
actually its the small one that are the most dangerous they have a higher chance of bieng poisonous

They intrude in my house and I don't trust them. I also don't like this idea that humans swallow spiders while they sleep. I only really have a problem with spiders if they're inside my house.

I believe it is the same reason elephants are afraid of mice. Hate all of them, the way they move, feel, and look.

Sweden don't have any dangerous spiders so I never grew up with the fear of getting poisoned and as a kid i usally captured spiders in jars and looked at them with amazement, I always loved spiders and probably always will.

Spiderbro FTW, btw.

Allthough their is nothing proven their is a theory that all humans have an inbuilt fear of spiders, snakes stuff like that so we know to avoide them.

It's all about the movement. If you try to hold one it will stay still for a bit and then start to move very jerky and give you a jump scare. Besides that and the venom, I don't have much against them. Had a big spider in my room for a while (bigger than average ones I think). I called him Steve and shared the room :). Had no problem with him, he ate flies and mosquitoes and as long as he didn't bother me I didn't care. The funny part is, he moved out :D. Maybe I should have cleaned my room more often or something...

Personally, jumping spiders are the cutest things ever. Something about those large, beady, puppy dog eyes.

Jumping spiders I'm cool with. If fact, they like me ^^ and its not the large ones that give me the creeps either (cause I can see them)

Its the small ones.

The small buggers that can hide everywhere and anywhere. The ones that sneak into your shoes, socks, or the last place you even think to look. Those small spiders that can kill you in bite.

Its the small, sneaky mother^&*%@!$ that scare me...
