Depends very much on the context and the subject.

I can alternate between light hearted politeness and ruthless inquisitorial brutality, sometimes from sentence to sentence.

So "Nice" with severe flaws of character. Or "Jerk" with redeeming qualities.

I know better than to try and judge such things about oneself. One's own opinion of themselves is almost always biased in some direction, be it good or bad, so I don't think many people can accurately say if they're 'nice' or not.

I guess what I'm saying is, I leave it to other people to decide. If I am nice most of the time, that would be... well, nice.
