Poll: Are you aggravated that almost every good game is released for the christmas season.

One of the things I find really annoying is that game developers will almost never release any good games during the summer, and hold out until christmas-time. I just wish they would spread it out a bit more!
But that's just me, how do you feel?

I dont mind. Because I cant get games during Summer season but I can for christmas. Its brilliant for me. All the games coming out in october. Im getting for Christmas.

Its great for me and you have to admit that they will because they can get more money from people like me during the christmas season. Pretty simple marketing really

Its irritating as hell, cos I'm bored of most of the games I already have, and those that I'm not bored of are either not working or unable to play due to my internet sucking all of a sudden.

I tend to only buy two or three of the new Christmas releases. If any of the others grab my interest, I buy them periodically throughout the year. So I don't mind really.

I like about half the decent games being released at Christmas. Being a poor college student, I might get one or two for Christmas, and then I can space the rest of them out through the year, knowing they're already there, and that I just have to pick them up if I don't see anything better!

Actually, I really don't care when the game comes out as long as it's worth the wait. What I really hate is when developers rush games out for Christmas (I'm talking to you, EA!) I think we all remember how many bugs Mercenaries 2 had. But anyway, as long as the game is good, I don't care when it is released.

yes but only because i get bored easily and normally fill this time up with gaming but in summer there really is a lack of games to play.

Ok this confuses me, I never implied at all that you were threatening or scary, I just said you were being insulting by implying that this guy was some videogame addicted control freak with your only evidence being a thread he made. Your still being insulting now, not scary, just annoying.

I don't really mind, the good thing about it is the less games being released during the summer period means the more time I can spend playing older games.

Overall its a win-win situation for me really.
