by this i mean are you driven by a strict diet? eat what you want on a loose diet? or like me and have no diet concerns and eat what you want when you want?

I'm eating a huge bar of Cadbury Turkish Chocolate....so no, but in my defence I have a brilliant metabolism and will likely going for a run and a game of tennis today/

I tend to snack a lot which I probably shouldn't, but it's balanced out by exercise so I never really put too much weight on. I'd hate to see the state of my insides though. I predict a heart attack within a decade.

I just make an effort not to over-eat.

I don't starve myself, but I normally try not to eat more than 10,000 kj in a day unless I've done weights. This is more than enough for most people, and it doesn't hurt to limit your eating.

Generally though, by being a little restrictive I no longer want more than this. It becomes routine and it's all your body asks for after a while, so in the end I eat what I want most days.

When I drink alcohol I can normally be seen chewing on a kebab at the end of the night however.

I'm currently trying to loose about 15 kilos. Seems as if I've abandoned my diet conciosness for about a year or so :(

I eat when i am hungry. Not any other time. If i don't eat in a day, so be it, but if i eat 3-5 times, also so be it (then again, on those days im quite active)

I eat when I'm bored so I have to keep as busy as possible and I have a real sweet tooth so boredom + the love of sugar = fat and regret. But yes, I feel guilty after eating naughty food but I do it anyway. You only live once.

I'm careful with what I eat, but then, I don't even eat that much. I don't have breakfast because I can't eat in the morning, if I remember to have lunch, it's a sandwich, then dinner.
I don't really like many of the foods that are bad for my health. The smell of most of them makes me feel slightly sick and I don't like sweets that much. I like chocolate, but I only have it when I can be bothered to go and buy some, and frankly, I have better things to spend money on.

Same here, though I'm not skinny and float comfortably near my ideal BMR. It also makes me the envy of many women and even some men.

I eat what I want, but I get guilty over eating so much unhealthy stuff. Then I remember how good chocolate is.

No, I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I remain the same weight no matter how much I eat, so I don't have to worry about gaining weight.

I've been told by my personal trainer to forget about the word diet and dieting in general. It's starving your body, which isn't good for you. Eating healthy and dieting are completely different. Also, even if someone has a fast metabolism it doesn't mean that what you're eating isn't clogging your arteries. Too many people don't realise this.

I eat what I want when I'm hungry. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not fat. I ride my bike to school (I've been told it's about 10km but I think that's bull) and back 5 out of 7 days a week. I do a total of two hours of kickboxing a week and once a week I usually walk up Castle Hill. So if someone says "you shouldn't be eating that, it's not good for you, blah blah blah" I tell them how nice that is and keep eating.
