Nooooo haha. I'm lucky to have a fast metabolism. If I didn't I'd be fat for sure

Infact right now I'm tucking into a bowl of ravioli ;D

Life is too short for worrying about things like that

I eat what I want when I'm hungry. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not fat. I ride my bike to school (I've been told it's about 10km but I think that's bull) and back 5 out of 7 days a week. I do a total of two hours of kickboxing a week and once a week I usually walk up Castle Hill. So if someone says "you shouldn't be eating that, it's not good for you, blah blah blah" I tell them how nice that is and keep eating.
Yeah well, you can don't have to worry so much about how good it is for you do you :) Also, Castle Hill...that place rings a bell, I can't remember where that is.

*looks up from steak with chips dinner*...what?

I pretty much eat what I want but I always strieve to eat three meals a day, with real cooked food and not only processed food or sweets

If I had my own way, I would probably make myself sick just eating sweets, bananas and cheese on toast all day, so the three meals a day has become a rule.

I eat strictly vegan and poisonfree (no alcohol, no caffeine, no cigarettes, no drugs at all)

There were times when things were different and I drank a lot, but a few months ago I realized that that made me unhappy. So now I ride my bike for 40km a day (if I can fit it into my day) and try to eat healthier. Still have a weakness for sweet drinks though... and there's pen & paper night on Wednesday, which means lotsa unhealthy snacks... According to BMI I have normal weight, but I'm still lowering it.

I try to stay away from things that are too greasy. One bag of crisps and my face is covered in spots for a month.
Aside from that, I'm not too bothered. I tend to prefer eating healthy, but I won't object to getting a burger if that's what's on the menu.

I voted no.
Not because I'm a fat fuck, but I work off all the crap I eat with all the exercise I do and I also eat enough healthy food to sustain myself. I'm fit, probably not the healthiest but it's all cool :p

I'm not a super health nut like some people, but I am very diet conscious. Before an injury ended my career, I was a pro athlete. And that meant I was always very conscious of my fitness and weight. The injury I suffered kept me on bed rest for a few months, and mobility restrictions after that. I'm pretty much recovered now, about a year later. But man, when I was on bed rest I gained weight and lost muscle mass. It's taken me a while to get back into the kind of shape I was in before, and I'm still not entirely there. So yes, I think a lot about what I eat: no soda, no high-sugar snacks, just small meals and plenty of fruit and veggies. I also run 2 to 10 miles a day, depending on what my training program calls for.

I am concious, but not about gaining weight, more about my wallet loosing weight, so i'll pick high-fat over low-fat cause of the lower prices.

I know what I should do and eat. I just don't. I often weigh eating what I enjoy and feeling good about that against not doing so, but having a better physique, and I think I do get more pleasure from eating and drinking what I want.

I am trying to watch what I eat now. Just small things like less chocolate, less dairy, more fruit.

I need to be careful about what I eat, because I eat a lot (roughly 3000 calories per day). I do Mixed Martial Arts training 3 times a week, and Cardio Kickboxing 6 times a week, and I also have a few sessions of running and bodyweight strength training. After Mixed Martial Arts training yesterday morning, I ate 2 chicken burgers, 2 apples, and a can of tomato beans, with 2 cups of milk, and I wasn't even full. I've tried eating less a few times, but that just resulted in me feeling fatigued and tiring out more easily in kickboxing.

I rarely/never eat pizza/chocolate/soda/etc. Whole wheat bread, chicken, spinach, eggs, yogurt, and apples are foods that I eat pretty much every day. Hell, I've become obsessed with my diet to the point where I have dozens of spreadsheets on my computer detailing what I eat, and how much fat, carbohydrates, and protein I consume.

If i feel fat I go for a run, play football etc. Also my legs always seem to "jig" when I'm sitting still and I'l do it if I feel like I've eaten to much (I am very very skinny though for my age/height)

I am fairly conscious of what I eat. Mostly because I feel better about myself if I at least make an effort at healthy. I don't have a very fast metabolism.

Thank Christ I have an awesome metabolism which allows me to skarf down bacon and cheese till my heart says no more. I do have to get more active though. Went for a run for the first time in over a year... painful (but hopefully worth it)

Since a few months I've been pretty conscious of what I eat, and since then I lost about 13-15 kilo's. And that's just with eating less, if I would start excercising I might actually look good for once. Now I'm simply 'not fat' but still out of shape. I can still empty a bag of crisps though, but I just make sure that I don't do that too often. I used to do that once every week, maybe twice, now maybe once or twice a month.

I HAVE to keep under 73 kilos or else I have to compete with the fatties larger people.

So yes, all the time.
